GRIND: Medium

• 1 cup: 18g of coffee for 288ml of water.
• 2 cups: 30g of coffee for 480ml of water.
• 3 cups: 45g of coffee for 720ml of water.
Preparation:
1. Place a conical filter in the Origami and rinse it with hot water to remove residual flavors and warm the equipment.
2. Add the ground coffee and level it slightly.
3. Pour hot water in small amounts to pre-infuse the coffee for 30-45 seconds (2 or 3 times the amount of coffee).
4. Continue pouring water in circular motions, maintaining a constant flow until the total amount is reached.
5. Let the coffee drain completely.
6. Serve and enjoy a clean and aromatic cup with well-balanced flavors.
Estimated time: 2:30 to 3:30 minutes per cup.

We recommend a pre-infusion of water 2 or 3 times the amount of coffee in a spiral motion. E.g., 54 initial ml of water for 18 g of coffee for 45 seconds to 1 minute. After this time, pour up to 180 ml in a second pour of water, and after a few seconds, finish pouring the water until a total of 288 ml is reached. Estimated time: 1 cup 3:30 minutes

The French press is the classic method for lovers of intense, full-bodied coffee. Its simple and functional design allows for the extraction of deep oils and flavors, achieving a rich and immersive experience with every sip.
GRIND: Coarse

1 cup: 18 g of coffee for 288 ml of water.
2 cups: 30 g of coffee for 480 ml of water.
3 cups: 45 g of coffee for 720 ml of water.
We recommend preheating the press with hot water and discarding it.
Preparation:
1. Add the coarse ground coffee to the French press.
2. Pour a small amount of hot water (2 or 3 times the amount of coffee) to pre-infuse the coffee for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
3. After pre-infusion, add the rest of the water evenly.
4. Place the lid with the plunger raised and let it steep for 4 minutes.
5. Press the plunger slowly all the way down.
6. Serve immediately to enjoy a full-bodied and flavorful coffee.
